Here is the sitch on the Delphi group tags. 
They were sent to me by a friend who is a member of this Delphi group.  No she doesn't remember the name of the Delphi group member, or the the Delphi group now, it's been a year or two. 
She is a member of many Delphi groups some currently some 
past tense. Delphi groups are not webby friendly take too much ram and cache for the webbies small mb's of power/cache'

no permission to use needed.

They are so good looking that I know the headaches that will 
come of it if I did. The hot linking and so forth. So I post them
every so often so people like you can see them and put them to use. Which reminds me .... I need to check to see if I put a 
htaccess script in that sub to default if hotlinked into the page
code on another server not in my domain.  
Can't remember if I did?  Yup I did.
